  • All new users are eligible for a 24-hour free trial with no payment required.
  • Additional trials can be requested if you are responsive and communicative with our support team.
  • Purpose of the trial: To test channels, EPG, and catch-up features before purchasing.
  • We encourage users to explore and search for content during the trial period.
  • All sales are final. Once purchased, there are no refunds.
  • Our service is digital and involves time, resources, and maintenance; therefore, refunds are not provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Things you missed or didn’t check during your trial
  • LemonRealm does not auto-renew subscriptions. Service ends automatically unless manually renewed.
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Issues with the EPG, catch-up, or features that are not perfect (we focus on a stable premium server and support)
    • Problems with your IPTV player or third-party apps (e.g., Tivimate Premium, GSE, etc.)
    • You didn’t find a specific movie or show (you had the trial to verify content)
  • Refunds, if issued due to extraordinary technical issues on our side, may take up to 30 days to appear in your bank account.
  • Channels: Only the channels listed on our service are provided; new channel requests may not be fulfilled.
  • EPG: Additional premium EPG sources are provided during trials; more may be added if your app supports them.
  • Device usage: One account can be used on multiple devices but not simultaneously.
    If simultaneous usage is required, we offer a 15% discount for additional accounts per device.
  • Server downtime: Minor downtime is normal even for premium servers. For example, in August 2024, our server went down for 2 hours.
  • Buffering: You may experience buffering due to ISP throttling. Even if your speed test shows high speed, this can occur anytime—even years after purchase.
    Proof: Use a VPN with your (VPN) playlist; buffering will stop.
  • Users are responsible for using compatible IPTV players.
  • If your player requires a premium subscription or has technical issues unrelated to LemonRealm, this does not qualify for a refund.
  • LemonRealm cannot guarantee performance for third-party apps or services.
  • Use the trial period to ensure the service meets your expectations.
  • Customer support is responsive and available to assist you during trials and after purchase.
  • Delays in reporting issues or requesting support may affect eligibility for consideration in rare technical cases.

Summary: Free trials unlimited → No refunds → Minor downtime normal → ISP throttling may cause buffering → Multiple devices require extra accounts → Refunds (if any) take up to 30 days.
